20 years ago La Mar de Ruido was born in Parque del Muelle (Avilés, Spain), under the shadow of the old circular stage with more than a century of life. It was the year 2005. From that moment until today, almost 200 bands and soloists, from Avilés, Asturias, the rest of Spain and internationally, have written great musical moments in Avilés.
The next August 16, 17 and 18 will therefore celebrate the 20th Anniversary of La Mar de Ruido, with one of the most attractive posters of these two decades. Legendary Spanish rock groups such as Obús and Revolver, historical artists of Asturian music such as Nuberu and Fuera de Serie, and old and new groups from Aviles, the veterans Brecha and the incipient Los Acebos. The international label will not be missing with one of the most acclaimed bands in the history of British rock, Dr. Feelgood. The rest of the lineup is made up of the Asturian band The Electric Buffalo, the Galician band Mártires del RNRoll with their tribute to Los Suaves, and the spectacular television group La Banda de Late Motiv, who night after night have made us enjoy their live performance on the program Good source.
