A poster that simplifies what the Festival is and has been in these previous 12 years, a journey for the different styles of rock, blues, pop, and roots music.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Artists who have been number 1 in the past, and who now retain the legendary label, like the English<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>The Blow Monkeys<\/strong>, who swept the British charts and the rest of Europe in the 80s, and who come to Avil\u00e9s on their only date in Spain, with the original band that catapulted them onto the dance floors. Also as<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Mikel Erentxun<\/strong>, founder of the historic Duncan Dhu, with thousands of records sold and hundreds of concerts behind him in Spain and South America, will be at La Mar de Ruido to play all those songs and the new ones from his recent solo album \u201cEl hombre sin sombre.\u201d And what to say about<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Total sinister<\/strong>, more than 30 years of career on stage and after many years without playing in Avil\u00e9s, they return, this time to La Mar de Ruido, to play all the greatest hits in their discography.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>But this year the Festival offers other spectacular bands, completely different but that have the musical appeal of the best palates. That&#039;s how they are<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Red House<\/strong>, without a doubt the best blues band that tours the nights of Madrid, led by<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Jeff<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>Espinoza<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>Francisco Simon,<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>and they have in their ranks one of the best musicians that Avil\u00e9s has produced in recent decades, the double bassist Dani Casielles. No less important will be the presence on Sunday, August 20, of the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Young Son Classics<\/strong>, one of the Cuban bands of the moment, on their European tour, arrive in Avil\u00e9s carrying the best Cuban son, heirs of the great groups of Cuba, they have been nominated for the Grammy Awards on several occasions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Completing the lineup for this 13th edition of La Mar de Ruido are bands from Aviles and Asturias such as<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Otus Scops<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>Manitou<\/strong>;<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Squizo<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Nacho Garcia<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>veterans of Aviles rock, and the groups<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>The Fever<\/strong>, greats of the Asturian rock scene, and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Maraya Zydeco<\/strong>, by Michael Lee Wolfe and Maraya Zydeco, who bring us that old but energetic Louisiana sound and bursts of blues.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La decimo tercera edici\u00f3n del Festival LA MAR DE RUIDO retoma las tres jornadas de duraci\u00f3n de viernes a domingo, tal y como se inici\u00f3 all\u00e1 por 2005.
